Synthesia Sessions
Synthesia Sessions is a two-way conversation with a lifelike avatar. Roleplay Sessions and Survey Sessions are live. Expert Sessions, a product guide, are still coming.
Pros
- You can practice sales calls, manager conversations, and support escalations with coaching and a score. Survey Sessions ask questions one to one and follow up, instead of a form.
Cons
- Expert Sessions, a product guide, are not out yet.

Verdict
Sessions is the card to use when you want a live avatar conversation, not a one-way video. Expert Sessions is still coming.
