ClearMatch
ClearMatch is a lightweight AI resume ranker for founders and small teams. Upload all applicants, write down what the role needs, and it returns a ranked shortlist with a per-requirement score breakdown and plain-English notes, recognizing equivalent skills rather than matching keywords and stripping demographic details before scoring.

- credits never expire
- first 25 applicants free with no card
- per-requirement breakdown instead of an opaque score
- names, photos and graduation years removed before scoring

- custom integrations only on the $199 Pro tier

Starter: $49/job (up to 250 applicants); Essential: $99/job (up to 1,000 applicants); Pro: $199/job (up to 3,000 applicants); first 25 applicants free; no monthly fee
