Viktor
Viktor is an AI employee that works inside Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to 9,800+ tools and carries out tasks such as reports, dashboards, code and ad campaigns.
Pros
- Carries out tasks end to end in your connected tools: sends emails, updates CRMs, builds and deploys web apps, opens pull requests and delivers PDF reports
- runs recurring tasks on a schedule
- also available in the app.viktor.com web app and on Discord
- isolated compute environment per user, data encrypted in transit and at rest, no training on customer data
- SOC 2 Type 1 compliant.
Cons
- Runs as one shared instance per workspace, with context from public channels and DMs
- per-user Private Mode is still on the roadmap. The site says Viktor can make mistakes and asks for confirmation before high-stakes actions. SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 are still in progress.
