Bolt.new
Bolt.new is a free LLM site or browser IDE for chatting with models or coding in the cloud.
Pros
- AI-powered web development platform built by StackBlitz
- supports importing Figma designs and GitHub repos
- generates production-ready full-stack applications
- includes Bolt Agent for model-agnostic task routing to balance cost and quality
Cons
- Limited transparency on pricing model
- requires learning conversational UI paradigm for development workflow
- feature set appears limited for complex enterprise applications requiring custom backend logic
Cost
The Free plan costs $0 and allows 300K tokens a day up to 1M tokens a month; Pro is $25 per month billed monthly and starts at 10M tokens a month with rollover; Teams is $30 per member per month billed monthly on the same token allowance as Pro; Enterprise is quoted individually. Yearly billing is advertised as saving up to 28%, and unused tokens roll over for one additional month while a paid subscription stays active.
Verdict
Best for non-technical founders, product managers, and agencies who need rapid prototype-to-deployment development without writing code.
