- captures conversation memory pre/during/post-meeting
- automated CRM updates without manual data entry
- integrates with existing practice workflows and data systems.
Cons
- Pricing model not publicly disclosed
- appears focused on professional services (law/medical) rather than general productivity
- limited information on feature depth available publicly
- likely requires enterprise contract.
Cost
Advisor is $89/month, or $1,068 billed annually which the page advertises as a 25% saving, and covers AI meeting notes without bots, self-updating profiles, smart pre-meeting briefs, KYP and document generation and CRM sync; Assistant is $69/month, or $828 billed annually advertised as a 30% saving, and is an add-on for an existing licence holder covering enriched briefs, follow-up coordination, calendar sharing and profile and CRM upkeep; Enterprise is quoted on request for teams of 20 or more with centralised admin and billing, audit trails and a dedicated success manager; every plan opens with a 14-day free trial and there is no ongoing free tier.
