Agents by Zapier
Zapier is the leading no-code automation platform connecting thousands of apps with AI workflows.
Pros
- Integrates with Zapier's 6000+ app ecosystem enabling AI agents to automate complex workflows
- AI agent features built on proven Zapier automation infrastructure
- No separate agent tool needed—leverages existing Zapier account
Cons
- Pricing for AI agent features not clearly separated from Zapier's base subscription tiers
- Requires existing Zapier knowledge
- Agent capability limitations not clearly documented
Cost
Zapier's Free tier costs $0 and covers 100 tasks per month; Professional starts at $19.99 per month on annual billing or $29.99 per month billed monthly, at a floor of 750 tasks per month; Team starts at $69.00 per month on annual billing or $103.50 per month billed monthly, at a floor of 2,000 tasks per month; Enterprise is quoted by sales. Annual billing is 33% cheaper than the monthly rate, and Zapier Agents is an optional add-on metered in activities rather than tasks, so it is billed separately from the core plan.
Verdict
Best for Zapier users wanting to extend automations with AI agents without adopting a separate platform.
